Delivery Information


We offer a variety of shipping methods for your order. Once your order is shipped, we will notify you via email, informing you of the tracking number so you always know where your order is.

  • Locally Stocked Items:
    • - Standard / International Delivery term applies
    • - All orders will be despatched within 2~3 working days upon payment received
  • Overseas (Factory Stocked Items):
    • - Refer to export lead-time quoted
    • - All Ricoh products are stocked in Japan
  • Backorder Items:
    • - Normal lead-time order will apply as specified with different models
Delivery Charges
  • Delivery charges apply for the following quantities and delivery mode:
Standard Delivery
  • - Total Order Qty<=500, US$2 for Normal postage or mail service
  • - Total Order Qty>500, US$10 for Local delivery service
International Delivery

It is free of any handling charges if you choose to use your own shipping via Courier or Forwarder Service on EXWORKS term.


Other choices:
  • Singpost Registered Airmail Service rated by zones, normal delivery between 3~12 working days (see Postage Delivery Time)
    • - US$ 10: Zone 1 (Malaysia & Brunei)
    • - US$ 20: Zone 2 (Countries in Asia & the Pacific (except Australia, Japan & New Zealand))
    • - US$ 30: Zone 3 (Countries in the rest of the world, including Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Africa, America, Europe and the Middle East.)
  • DHL International Freight, by economy rate, normal delivery between 4~6 working days.
